Climate: Annual rainfall about 30-50 inches

Wild Life: Swift Fox, buffalo, Prong horn Antelope, waterfowl,etc.

Vegetation: Slat cedar, Johnson grass, Giant reed,etc.

Interesting fact: The High Plains is known as Texas’s wine region!!!

My favorite area of science is Marine Biology. I like Marine Biology because there is so many beautiful species that have been discovered and even more to be found.
